On September 14, the very first Well-Being Klub event will take place in Ostend (De Grote Post). Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
No dogs are allowed in the hotel.

Can I purchase a gift certificate from ROSA?
A gift certificate can be purchased at the front desk or online.
After transfer, we will deliver the gift certificate digitally.A gift certificate is valid for one year.

How can I receive an invoice for my stay?
You can already mention at check-in or check-out that you want an invoice of your stay. Please provide us with your billing information.
Should you require this after your stay, please contact the front desk so we can provide you with an invoice by email. -
How do I book with a voucher or gift certificate?
If you have a voucher or gift certificate, please contact the hotel’s front desk directly. Your voucher can only be used with a direct reservation. It is not possible to use a voucher or gift certificate for reservations through booking.com, Expedia or other online travel agents.

Can I make a reservation for my child, under 18?
This is no problem at all. If the children receive written parental approval, this is sufficient for the hotel.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
If you do not have a credit card, you can pay for the reservation by bank transfer. Payment by bank transfer is not possible when booking online, only when booking by phone or email. The reservation should be made at least 1 week in advance and the amount should be transferred to the hotel account within 48h after reservation. For last minute reservations, we ask you to provide proof of payment immediately after transfer, that way your reservation is also guaranteed.

What time can I check in and out?
Check-in: from 3:00 pm.
Check-out: by 11:00 am.If you arrive early, we can take custody of your luggage. Earlier check-in is possible if our occupancy permits. Please contact us the day before arrival or on the day itself in the morning to inquire if you can check in earlier. You can check in online in advance, so check-in on arrival will be smooth.
Checking out is done at the front desk. If desired, you can also use the online check-out. On the day of departure, we can hold your luggage for you to pick up later in the day. That way, you can still fully enjoy your last day of vacation.
